RETURNS

  1.        All purchases are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  1.        You may cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of goods by emailing sales@orchidfashionboutique.com, stating your name, address, phone number and order number. Orders must be returned within 14 days of notification of cancellation. You will be responsible for all return postage costs. Orders cannot be cancelled or items returned outside of this time period. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method subject to item 3.

 

  1.        The goods must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging complete with all original labels and tags attached. Please take care when trying on garments and avoid them coming into contact with fake tan, make-up and perfume, items returned with any evidence of these substances and/or without tags will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

 

  1.        If you have been sent the wrong item or it is faulty then you will not have to pay the return postage costs, these will be refunded to you when the item is received by us.

 

PAYMENTS

 

We use Amazon Payments and the Paypal payment gateway to process all debit/credit card or Paypal payments so your money is 100% secure.

 

SHIPPING

 

All of our items are shipped from stock, they will be sent by Royal Mail, some items may be sent by recorded delivery. Items are sent within 24 hours of payment excluding weekends and bank holidays. We do not ship outside of the UK.
