We use Worldpay and the Paypal payment gateway to process all debit/credit card or paypal payments so your money is 100% secureÂ
All of our items are shipped from stock, they will be sent by first class post, some items may be sent by recorded delivery. Overseas items will be sent by airmail. Items are sent within 24 hours of payment excluding weekends and bank holidays.Â
- All purchases are subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- You may cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of goods and receive a full refund by completing the cancellation form on our website or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, address, phone number and order number. Orders must be returned within 14 days of notification of cancellation. You will be responsible for all return postage costs.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or items returned outside of this time period
- The goods must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging complete with all original labels and tags attached. Please take care when trying on garments and avoid them coming into contact with fake tan, make-up and perfume, items returned with any evidence of these substances and/or without tags will not be refunded and will be returned to you
- If you have been sent the wrong item or it is faulty then you will not have to pay the return postage costs, these will be refunded to you when the item is received by us.
- Returned goods sent from outside of the EU must be clearly marked on the CN22 Customs Declaration Form that the items are â€˜Returned goods of UK originâ€™ if this is not done then additional costs may be incurred and deducted from any refund.
